Please be informed that the data controller for your personal data is Wagon Service Ostróda Sp. z o.o., which is also your potential employer. Your personal data may also be processed by other entities of the GATX Group, to which Wagon Service Ostróda Sp. z o.o. belongs, for the purposes of the recruitment process carried out on behalf of the data controller.

The personal data included in your CV may be transferred to GATX Group companies operating outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including, among others, the United States. In addition, service providers performing services for GATX to whom we may disclose personal data may also be located outside the EEA. The laws of countries outside the EEA may not regulate data protection or may provide a lower level of protection than the regulations applicable within the EEA.
In all such cases, the Company will apply appropriate contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses for personal data, a copy of which you can obtain by contacting the GDPR Project Team at gdpr@gatx.eu) to ensure that the relevant GATX Group companies as well as third parties outside the EEA provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data, as required by applicable law.

Personal data indicated in the Labour Code or other specific legal acts (in accordance with the requirements of the job advertisement) are processed on the basis of legal provisions and are necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
Other personal data (e.g. image, telephone number) are processed on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you give by submitting your CV.

Providing voluntary data has no impact on your participation in the recruitment process.

Your personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of the ongoing recruitment process for a period of 3 months after its completion. Your data may also be processed for future recruitment processes if you have given the relevant consent in the content of your CV. If you wish your CV to be considered for future recruitment processes, please additionally include the following consent statement in your CV:

„I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my CV by Wagon Service Ostróda Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Ostróda, ul. 11 Listopada 26, for the purposes of future recruitment processes.”

Your personal data contained in your CV may also be processed for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims, if such claims relate to the recruitment process conducted by us, for a period of 3 years from the end of the recruitment process in which you participated. In this case, the data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, covering establishing, pursuing or defending claims before courts or state authorities.

You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
