We manufacture and supply components made of sheet metal, pipes and bars, produced using processes such as cutting, milling, drilling, turning, threading and welding. Our product range includes, among others, draw hook guides, spring guides for axle boxes, side bearings, as well as other components manufactured in accordance with customer-provided documentation.
Welding operations are carried out both manually and using a welding robot, ensuring a high level of repeatability and weld quality.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is performed on site by our certified personnel.
Thanks to our own shot blasting facility and paint shop, we are able to complete the entire production process on site and deliver ready‑to‑install components.
In addition, we offer a range of standard materials for tank wagon repairs – from marking foils, through seals, brake couplings and towing hooks, to selected tank fittings and valves.
